The HTC One Portable Entertainment Device That Also Makes CallsThe choices available to consumers looking for a new smart phone got bigger today by one. The HTC One hit the shelves, and if you are an AT&T, T-Mobile or Sprint customer, you might want to check this device out.

The HTC One has a 1080p high-definition screen protected behind gorilla glass and plenty of power under the hood to drive your Android apps and videos. It runs on a Snapdragon 600 quad-core 1.7Ghz processor, has 2gb of DDR2 ram and is available with 32 or 64 gigs of storage. It has front and back 1080p high-definition cameras, the battery life is decent at 2300 mA hours and the whole thing comes sharply packaged in a zero-gap aluminum case. All that puts it basically on par with the other choices you will find on the market.

Where it stands out is in two areas. Combine that with the amazing screen resolution and you’ve got a decent, portable entertainment system.
