  Samsung has finally announced the Galaxy S4 and is targeting a late April release. There’s been a lot of talk about this new phone, here's what you can expect from their latest smartphone offering. The hardware on the Galaxy S4 starts with the processor. For US models it will use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.9 GHz quad-core processor; the rest of the world can look forward to the eight-core Exynos 5 Octa processor at 1.8 GHz.
